Factsheet: Natural Resources (Benefit Sharing) Bill 2022

The Natural Resources (Benefit Sharing) Bill was first introduced in Senate in 2014, re-published in 2018 and 2020. KWCA, on behalf of its member conservancies, developed and submitted a memorandum in December 2022.
